7	How do I keep fit? I love running particularly on tour when each day presents new scenery. I run 4-5 miles a day. My other love is tennis. Julie, my wife is a formidable opponent! I became vegetarian for many years, which also helped. These days I am a little more flexible with my diet.	Top
